Born of two "peacemakers", Evan was a miracle child. His mother, who had been in an accident, had been told she would never be able to naturally have children. When she became pregnant with Evan by his father, she was overjoyed. The first of two children, and the only natural birth, Evan was a happy-go-lucky child, brought up to love nature and people, even when both could be cruel.
He grew up slightly sheltered on Naboo, attending a "New Age" school where life lessons were taught more often than knowledge. Evan, who was a very technical person, hated the school, and eventually, when he turned fourteen, transferred him to a more normal school where he excelled in math, science, life skills, and business. Art was never his forte, although he was good at reading and spelling, and picked up an insatiable urge to read.
When he was seventeen, his father died suddenly in the night of a massive aortic aneurysm. Evan, who was very close to his father, took the death the hardest. He and his mother got by however, and when Evan finished high school, he moved to another area of Naboo where he attended a business university. It was at university that his met his future wife, Annie Miller.
Evan and Annie met in a business class she was taking as a requirement. A budding sculptor, she was no good with numbers or business like Evan was, but they immediately hit it off. Often eating lunch together and going places on the weekends, they both fell in love with one another almost immediately.
Together through their university experience, they wed soon after graduation, moving to a place on Naboo, where Evan started his own company, Christianson Ships and Supplies. His shop was small at first, but grew quickly, as his prices were much lower than most supply companies. He and Annie were unable to have their own children due to the fraility of Annie's pelvis, a disorder she inherited from her mother, who died giving birth to her.
It was devestating to the newlyweds who both loved and wanted children. However, Even would never have put Annie in danger, and they settled for caring for Evan's young cousins and family members.
Evan's business boomed and he and Annie moved to as bigger home on Naboo where Evan could work and Annie could sculpt. However, three years after their wedding, Annie, who had gone on a trip to see a friend and visit an art museum in the city, was involved in a hovertaki accident. Nothing was known on the scene, but an hour and a half after Evan was notified, and Annie was rushed to a hospital by medics, Evan was informed that his beloved wife had died due to extreme trauma to the head and lungs.
Evan was went into shock, and was hospitalized for a month afterwards for mental instability. However, he checked himself out after that time, and packed up their house on Naboo. He erased all traces of his life on Naboo and relocated his business to Tattooine, where he set up a shop near a large spaceport. His business there became even more successful. Even, however, spent many sleepless nights crying for his dead wife.
