Post-Reset
Gavin Ravenna has been inside the criminal arena since his teenage years. At that time he smuggled goods around his homeplanet of Corellia, making minimal wage, but credits all the same. He was rather successful, being small enough to fit into tight places, either to hide himself for contraband items. As he grew older, his body grew too, and previous hiding places became inaccessible to him. As a result, he was caught by the Coronet City Watch and sent to a juvenile prison for two years. Upon being deemed ready to re-enter society, Gavin took his new found freedom, and went right back to his smuggling ways. This time he took it to a large scale and joined up with a crew of smuggles aboard a space ship.
The crew was successful for a time, until they were boarded by space pirates. The contraband cargo was stolen and most of the crew murdered. Those who survived, including Gavin, disbanded and scattered across the galaxy. Gavin went freelance on his own and had many adventures. He purchases his own smuggling vessel, the Night Hawk, which was destroyed and then replaced by the Fool's Gambit, and he even came into the possession of a perfectly restored HK-51 series assassin droid, which was reprogrammed to be less violent and became more of a butler to Gavin. More importantly, this HK unit, nicknamed Raikoh by Gavin, would protect the ship while Gavin was planet-side.
Gavin's freelance work brought him into the services of many individuals and crime syndicates, including both the Hutts and Black Sun.
