Little is known about Blackhawk. A vigilante operating in the Los Angeles area, reports on his activities vary. While some reports suggest that Blackhawk is nothing more than a costumed criminal, the general tabloid consensus is that Blackhawk targets routine street crime, lurking in the shadows usually frequented by thieves, muggers and rapists in order to combat them before they have the opportunity to harm innocent civilians.
