Military
The military forces of the Resistance are divided between two main divisions:
- The Army division, denoted by red rank insignia, consists of all soldiers, pilots, technicians, and support staff, operating primarily out of planetary bases like the headquarters on D'Qar. The Starfighter Corps and the SpecForce Corps are both considered part of the Resistance Army.
- The Navy division, denoted by blue rank insignia, consists of all starships and transports affiliated with the Resistance, as well as the officers and crewmen required to run them. Phoenix Squadron is a unit of transports and freighters commanded by Anne Phoenix, that caters to the Resistance's logistics needs. The Rogue Fleet is a carrier group, commanded by General Jaden Luka. Because of the Resistance's rank structure, a "Captain" usually refers to a freighter or transport captain, while "Commander" refers to a starship commander.
Starfighter Corps
The primary fighter of the Resistance Starfighter Corps is the IKM T-70 X-Wing Starfighter, chosen because of the Resistance's association with Incom-Koensayr-Meorrrei.
