The Seeva'fei Star Frigate developed alongside the Korri Star Galleon as a support for the heavy capital ships as they traveled beyond the Home Clusters. They offer a fast attack platform that can keep up with ships capable of hyperdrive.

Design

The Seevafei's engines are arrayed on six wings that spread from her main hull. Guns are arrayed down the line of the vessel, with the troop compartment, boarding umbilicals, tractor beams, and conning tower housed in the forward hull.

History

As the Cizerack Trade Navy began to homogenize their deep space starfleet, the need for support for their Galleons became apparent. Not content to rely on purchased frigates from outside sources, Cizerack engineers looked to a practical solution, which was to modify the existing design of the venerable home defense frigate - the Seeva. By adding a stronger power plant, extra engine pylons, and a hyperdrive motivator, the time-proven design was rebranded as the Seeva'fei (Seeva II). Slightly slower and less maneuverable than their home system cousins, the Seeva'fei trades that edge for the ability to keep up with Korri Galleons, whether the mission is for trade or war.

Known Vessels
