"Both soldiers and swords alike are born of steel and fire."

- Parsideon Denix, Captain of the Necian League

Denix of the Parsideon tribe is an angular-faced man with a hard expression to match the rocky island he calls home. The son of a soldier, his trade in the Necian League was as his father's, and he was spirited off at a young age to learn the profession of wielding a blade. Necian Men were favored among the citizens of the League for soldiery. Glaucan citizens served in the trade of mastering the Trireme. The League's military was thus like all things in the confederacy; a cooperation of Men and Glauca, working in harmony.

Denix has served with distinction in the Necian Military, winning victories against the Larcus Brotherhood to the west, the Glaucan Pirates of Fyrian's Fold, beyond the archipelago to the east, and the horrific Nusakar to the southwest. As the Necian League lives by the life bloods of trade and war, Denix's profession of the blade is always in demand.

Denix is a deeply serious man, often viewed by others unaccustomed to his ways as a humorless taskmaster. Years of military life have given him a curt, to-the-point demeanor, but in private he is a deeply introspective, thoughtful, and spiritual person.
