Powers

Boomer can generate energy bomblets in his hands of varying intensity. He can throw them as weapons or plant them for demolitions work. The bomblets explode two to fifteen seconds after they leave his hands - he hasn't yet figured out how to make the fuses longer. They will roll and bounce, but, if thrown with sufficient force, they may adhere to solid matter. The bomblets emit no heat or shrapnel save whatever debris they throw around; the explosions are pure concussive force.

Weaknesses

The more powerful the bomb, the more time and effort he has to spend generating it. Overdrawing on his ability can leave him exhausted.
