The fact that she has a Tremere traitor in her inner pack does little to endear her to the Kindred of Eastern Europe (or anywhere for that matter), but she commands respect wherever she goes because of her position in Sabbat politics, and because she has managed to stay in that position for quite some time despite having enemies.

    • Physical Appearance - Ivan defines the description "no-neck."
    • History - Ivan spent quite a bit of time in the KGB during the height of the Soviet Union.
    • Personality - Ivan is the muscle of Katarina's pack, and though he's not slow, he is very quiet and mainly keeps his opinions to himself. Quick to anger and slow to cool down, Ivan lacks a sense of humor, especially when it comes to the saftey of the Archbishop.

Obtenebration is the trademark Discipline of clan Lasombra which grants them control over shadows and the supernatural darkness of the Abyss. The unnatural darkness summoned by Obtenebration is extremely frightening to mortals, animals, and even other Cainites unaccustomed to its use. The exact nature of this Discipline is unknown even among its greatest masters, and it has been a subject of religious, philosophical, and metaphysical debate among vampires for millennia. Its greatest scholars are the followers of the Path of Night and practitioners of Abyss Mysticism, which draws on knowledge of this Discipline in its rituals.

  • Dominate

Dominate is a Discipline that overwhelms another person's mind with the vampire's will, forcing victims to think or act according to the vampire's decree. While undeniably powerful, its use almost always adheres to two important restrictions: the user must meet the eyes of the target and must speak in language that is clearly heard and understood by the target. Furthermore, this Discipline cannot be used upon Cainites of lower generation and cannot force someone to be self-destructive or defy their Nature. Using Dominate is often considered very heavy-handed, hardly appropriate within what passes for polite vampiric society, but it is also favored by those of age and status as a efficient means of asserting their authority.

  • Potence

Potence is a Discipline that grants the vampires supernatural strength.

Holly found her way to SW-Fans.Net on July 24, 2000, through the Crazy Ass Message Boards on Ezboard, where her brother Banestone, and Itala Marzullo were members. Convinced to join The Sith Council as a darkside character, she signed up as Lady DeVille. Incidentally the last name was a suggestion by the Emperor of TSC, Itala himself. She has always gone by the nickname LD. Lilaena was promoted to roleplaying moderator on October 14, 2002, and then to board administrator in late 2005. In November of 2009 she retired from the staff in part because of her expanding RL responsibilities. In 2015 she was promoted to be one of the board admins once more, and she is married with three children.
