Task Force 45 is a Division of the 4th Fleet, established by Anne Phoenix during what's called the Tempest Base Project. The ships assigned to Task Force 45 varies from time to time. New ships are added to the Force as they finish construction or reconstruction, while other ships are reassigned to other Forces or even Fleets.
