Eluna Thals is a Human Replica Droid created from the culmination of Alliance research for Project Decoy, as well as technical information gleaned from the HRD Guri, detailing the full designs of Simonelle and the Imperial Admiral Massad Thrumble. Alongside Guri, she is one of the most advanced droids ever built.

Possessing a personality algorithm written by Alliance Intelligence, Eluna has a full lifetime's worth of memories and experiences, as well as fully realized emotions and behaviors. The program 'Eluna' was written in six months with a concerted effort of 200 advanced programmers designing the personality matrix, historical references, and other minutiae. In contrast with this, she is self-aware of her true nature as a droid, and the combination of these two existences can at times drive her to erratic behavior, almost to the nature of schizophrenia. She constantly frames her existance between Self and Machine, considering both two halves of the whole.

Her body is a pseudo-organic chassis based on carbon nanotube composites for the skeleton that are stronger than durasteel, but with a mass on par with organic bone. Most vitals are made from bio-electric polymers that mimic the form and layout of internal organs, even if the functions may vary. Sensory packages are all augmented. Sight is multi-spectrum. Hearing is sensitivity-variable. Smell and Taste involve a finely calibrated mass spectrometer, and touch uses a matrix of atomic level tactile sensors. Speed, strength, dexterity, and reflexes are all significantly improved beyond the default human settings, allowing her foot speed of 110 kph and a strength factor of seven times default.

Her skin is cloned from human tissue, but genetically modified to be extremely integrated into a nanorobotic matrix. Nanites flow through the surface blood, affecting anything from improved tissue regeneration to pigment modulation. When necessary, she is able to adjust skin, eye, and hair color.

She is capable of rudimentary bodily functions such as ingesting food and beverages, which her body converts to bio-electric energy and stores in its central battery. Due to this secondary method of charging, Eluna has something of a sweet tooth, helping herself to calorie-laden foods, especially sweets and candies, on a semi-frequent basis.

She is programmed in millions of languages, as well as thousands of combat styles, making her an effective Rebel agent, and a natural choice to complement Commander Byl Laprovik in Phoenix Cell.

History
Simonelle and Admiral Massad Thrumble's experiments in Human Replica Droid technology were evident for all to see in the Human Replica Droid Guri, and the technological capabilities were still years ahead of the Rebellion's own Project Decoy, which was a plan to build one or more assassin droids for the purpose of infiltrating the Imperial hierarchy to arrange targeted killings. When Guri effectively defected to the Rebels, she reluctantly allowed Alliance engineers to study her systems. The information gained from Guri was put to use in Project Decoy, accelerating the program by half a decade. They at last produced a working droid after spending nine million credits on the project. By the time the project was completed, it was clear that the Alliance had an asset at their disposal far more useful than a simple assassin. With that in mind, she was programmed for a more diverse mission profile.

She was assigned to Phoenix Cell alongside Byl Laprovik, as the Bothan spymasters decided the pair would be a fitting duo for the sensitive nature of Phoenix Cell's pro-insurgency mission. The two agents shared a strange rapport, and seemed to have an understanding of how each would respond in a situation. This was especially evident when the two agents helped Loklorien s'Ilancy and Milivikal K'vik kidnap Colonel Karrnage from Coruscant.

With Byl's mysterious disappearance on Schwartzweld, Eluna worked with another Alliance Intel agent named Jane Starborn to track down the errant agent. She has a passing respect for Starborn, but is somewhat suspicious of her intentions toward Byl.

Current Timeline of Roleplays
Out of Character

Charley has been around SW-Fans since nearly the beginning, joining up in April 1999 when the community was under Jawafortress. He started RPing shortly thereafter, and has kept up with the joneses more or less (when he can remember to post). He's happily married, living in rural Alabama with a nerd wife, a respectable arsenal, and a penchant for classical French cooking styles, local produce, American microbrews, and the ability to bugger it all and just make a curry instead.
